Any experience with Loreal Dream Blonde? (Not the recalled one!)?

I came across the Loreal Dream Blonde yesterday and saw on the box that there is a money back gaurantee for undesired results so I'm very intrigued. However, all I can find online is information on the Bleach Blonde that was recalled! I have very light brown hair (I'm naturally dirty blonde but it's currently dyed) and want to try the darker blonde shades, but have yet to find any reviews online.

So, any info would be greatly appreciated!

Yes I know the box looks pretty and such beautiful colors of blonde but I got a nasty color surprise. I do not recomend it at all!

Any experience with Loreal Dream Blonde? (Not the recalled one!)?

I tried L'Oreal Dream Blonde in "Alluring Peony" (Lightest Blonde) last night and was beyond pleased. The kit comes with: a pre color moisture infuser (for the ends of your hair) to protect this damage prone area, the color gel which is applied in an awesome "professional" type bottle with an applicator tip that makes applying the color a breeze, a super-rich shampoo/conditioner combo that I expect to last for at least 3 weeks, and a FABULOUS continuous shine creme. The shine cream is truly a dream and I wish they sold this seperately. Applied while wet, and before styling, this shine cream provides softness, shine and flexible hold.

I applied the color to the back first where my hair is my nautural medium brown, then worked my way up to my roots, finally after about 20 minutes I pulled the color thru the length of my hair with a wide tooth comb to refresh the color throughout (my hair had been highlighed a to a light blonde). Rinsed, washed and conditioned as instructed and my color looks great! In the past I've always ended up with brassy roots because they were darker to begin with- never really seemed to match the rest of my hair. I've found this product to color my hair - from root to tip - the entire color, which I LOVE!

My mom used it last week as well and she loves her color every bit as I do. No problems on her end either.

My recommendation to anyone would be this - after YEARS of stubborness and defiance, I learned the hard way to take advantage of the 800 number included in the box. If you have any questions about how your color might turn out, or any other concerns you might have, give the folks at L'Oreal a call and take advantage of their expertise. Just ask them! Take advantage of this help line and your life will be so much easier - and your color will look its absolute best!

L'Oreal Dream Blonde is by far the best home hair color kit I have ever used and I plan on using it in the future!
