matrix sleek.look shampoos and conditioner. tell your mom that you'll have to spend a little bit of money on hair bc for problematic hair, drugstore hair products arent going to do the trick. the sleek.look bottles are about $10 each. order online or go to ULTA

Have you tried blow drying at night or early in the morning %26amp; then pinning it to your head almost like a circle staring at the front %26amp; working it around the back? Then you leave it like that for about 3-4 hours or overnight, when you take it down use the straightener %26amp; it should be ok. If you do get a chance to get a new straightener get the con air one, thats the one I use for my daughters hair %26amp; it sounds like it's the same as your hair.

Instead of straightening it, try embracing your locks. My niece has unbelievably curly hair and always wore it in a pony tail because she couldn't get it to do anything. When I was taking care of her and her siblings, I taught her to use mousse to keep the curls from frizzing and it looked amazing. We used Sauve mousse. Her hair didn't look frizzy, tangled or unruly. It looked like she'd spent hours making it look that good, but in reality it had only taken about five minutes. She also have very thick hair.

My hair is the same way. The best thing you could do is go to a hair salon get a relaxer, then ask them to straighten it other for you. Also you may have to get your ends cut depending on how much you blow-dry and straighten your hair yourself because you may have split ends.

Well one thing that might help is to use light weight leave in conditioner before you blow dry your hair. I don't know how often you get your hair cut but a cut every 4 to 6 weeks will also help you alot. Good Luck
