You need to bleach first.

I would reccomend going to a beauty supply store, and getting advice.

But after that, use garnier!

It's very gentle, but effective.

And the after-care conditioner works really well!

Herbal Essences are really great, I used it for years. Although I would recommend going to a salon if you want it to be perfect. It might seem expensive but it's totally worth it!
