How can you achieve a grayish light brown hair through hair bleaching?

ie. See a beautician or a salon expert. I woudn't bother asking you if I have someone to ask!

I don't care if peroxiade dries the hair...

All i want to know is how long am I gonna bleach my hair using the typical 3+1 bleaching powder if I want ot achieve a grayish light brown tint...

Do I have to work with hair rinses as well?

I like the Marron Glace color of Loreal Feria... somewhat closer to the color at its box...

with my hair it went from light brown to blonde then would go greyish white

the toner will give it a more of a grey colour.
